With a vocal arrangement that draws comparisons to Erykah Badu, Laura Mvula and Santigold, singer/songwriter Mapei is back with the follow-up to her debut EP, The Cocoa Butter Diaries.

Released on June 22, her new single, Don't Wait - which was produced by Magnus Lidehäll - showcases the American born Swedish star's ability to mix R&B with pop to create a new sound. The Los Angeles Times and Nylon have already backed Mapei and the release of her new album, which will feature production from her main collaborator Lidehäll, is set for release later in 2014.
